This is a reading journal for my Continental Literature I class.

In this blog, I am going to talk about common themes that can be found in the genre of the epic but I am also devoting many of the entries to Modern interpretations of the epics. 

For general summaries, go to the respective name of the epic you want to read about.

The single blog entries are all labeled according to the work they discuss but they are also grouped into themes and genres.
